Parliamentary President
Lord Mark McInnes OBE
Lord McInnes is the Chief Executive of the Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ). Lord McInnes is a respected figure within the Conservative Party, having served as Director of the Scottish Conservatives and currently sitting in the House of Lords. A seasoned political strategist and public servant, he has deep expertise of the Party and national elections.

Tolga Inanc
Tolga is a Director at a major public affairs firm, specialising in designing and executing complex advocacy strategies for business and political clients in the UK and globally. He is also a strategic communications specialist and advised election campaigns in the UK and around the world. Prior to that, Tolga worked in the UK Foreign Office and HM Treasury, advising on economic strategy, foreign policy and international relations. He has also advised the City of London Corporation on positioning London at the centre of the sustainability debate.

Cem Kemahli
Cem is a councillor for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. He runs a property business in central London and handles purchasing, sales and property management for a number of high value clients with discerning needs.
As a Chelsea resident he has helped shaped the council into a more conservative organisation. Advocating for low taxes and high quality services.

Rania Mohiuddin
Rania Mohiuddin-Agir is a campaign professional, currently serving as an Election Agent for multiple constituencies in Edinburgh, Scotland. With a background spanning communications, research, and third-sector leadership, Rania brings a uniquely global and community-driven perspective to grassroots organising. Rania currently also serves as a Research Associate at the Institute for the Impact of Faith in Life, where her research has been covered by the likes of the The Times, and The Guardian. She is also Chair of the Board of Trustees for ATAS, a Scotland based charity supporting Turkish alumni and students.

Barin Yuceman
Barin Yucemen is a long-serving Conservative volunteer, activist, and party donor. A senior executive with over thirty years of experience in financial markets, he brings organisation and mentoring expertise to his role as our Executive Fellow. He previously served as Chairman of Conservative Friends of Turkey, where he led our efforts to strengthen UK–Turkey relations, and grow the organisation’s reach within British-Turkish communities.
A passionate advocate for education and opportunity, Barin has been active in supporting numerous Conservative initiatives, including Conservatives for Education, Conservatives in the City, and the Young Campaign Managers Fund. He brings to his work a strategic international outlook and a deep commitment to developing the next generation of Conservative leaders.
